Pip (whose debut children's series will be published by Faber and Faber in 2014) is a London-based columnist and feature writer who has been working in magazine, newspaper and online publishing for the last 18 years. From in-depth features to blogs, debate pieces, celebrity and non-celebrity interviews, brand marketing material and press releases, her copy is compelling, insightful, humorous (only when appropriate, naturally) and beautifully crafted.

Pip specialises in writing about pregnancy, babies, children, health, parenting and family life. Her popular weekly column Terrible Twos is a comic insight into the triumphs and tribulations of life with two toddlers. One of the columns inspired her series of books. As well as writing regularly for Parentdish.co.uk she contributes to Gurgle Magazine, Gurgle.com, and various other magazines under commission.

With a long history in contract publishing, Pip has a wealth of experience in writing engaging copy designed to work hard to enhance brands, and is adept at nailing the perfect tone. She has written and edited for major corporations including Vauxhall, BMI and P&O Cruises, as well as smaller, independent companies seeking to reach a wider audience with gorgeous written material.

Pip's books, a children's four-part series about Squishy McFluff, The Invisible Cat, will
be published by Faber and Faber, from early 2014. Her literary agent is Julia Churchill at
AM Heath.
